After a crash, people call the first firm they trust
We make sure it's yours

Cruise Media works with personal injury firms in Tampa Bay on one type of case: car, truck and motorcycle crashes. Getting your firm found, trusted and called.

WHAT WE DO

Crash victims don't shop around. They call whoever shows up and answers

VISIBILITY

Show up in the search

Local Services Ads and a Google Business Profile built to compete for crash searches across your service area.

CREDIBILITY

Look like the right call

A review programme that runs itself, and a landing page written for someone who got hit this morning.

RESPONSE

Answer before they move on

Missed calls texted back, forms answered instantly, follow up that keeps going until your staff takes over.

Most firms are strong at one of these. The cases go to the firm that's strong at all three.

WHO ACTUALLY RUNS YOUR ADS

Big agencies have big client lists. You'd be on page four of it.

I'm Ján, the founder of Cruise Media. I grew up around small businesses and watched good ones struggle for one reason only: nobody could find them. The owner was excellent at the thing they did and invisible at everything else. Working out how to show a business in its best light and put it in front of the people who need it became the work I love doing, and I've been doing it ever since.

I work with personal injury lawyers because I respect the job. It takes years to earn the right to do it, and on the plaintiff side you are the one standing between a person and an insurer whose opening move is a lowball. Someone recovering from a crash, off work, being pushed to settle quick and cheap, needs good help fast. Whether they find you or the firm with the bigger billboard budget is a marketing question, and that is my end of it.

THE PILOT

Sixty days. One flat fee. Everything gets built, and you keep it.

Every engagement starts the same way, because you shouldn't have to take a stranger's word for anything. One price, a fixed end date, and a written readout comparing where you started to where you finished.

WEEK 1

Baseline, and your phone gets fixed first

We mystery shop your intake on a Sunday evening and a Tuesday afternoon, time your form responses, and pull your real answer rate. Then we audit the profile, the reviews, the tracking, your local map visibility and your current advertising against the Bar rules. Everything gets a number, so day sixty has something to compare against. In the same week, call tracking, missed call text back and instant form response go live.

WEEKS 2 TO 4

The foundation

Google Business Profile rebuilt and your listings corrected across the directories that feed it. Competitor spam listings reported through Google's redressal process. The review engine goes in and starts running. Local Services Ads documentation is gathered and verification submitted, which is the slow one and the reason this pilot is sixty days rather than thirty.

WEEKS 5 TO 8

Live and tuned

Local Services Ads go live, restricted to motor vehicle case types, with junk leads disputed with Google every week so you aren't paying for wrong numbers. Your motor vehicle landing page ships on your own domain. Tracking is wired end to end so every call is tied to the source that produced it. Then we tune it with real data instead of assumptions.

DAY 60

The readout

A rescan of every baseline metric from week one, side by side with where it started, and a straight recommendation about what to do next. Continue month to month, or stop and keep everything that was built. No notice period, no exit fee.

Every account, page and asset is opened in your firm's name. Leave anytime and it all stays with you.

COMPLIANCE

Marketing agencies don't answer to the Bar. You do. We work like we do too.

Florida regulates lawyer advertising harder than almost any state, and the consequences of getting it wrong land on the attorney, never on the agency. So before anything creative, here is how Subchapter 4-7 shapes the work.

WHO FUNDS THE ADS

Most advertising has to be filed with the Bar before first use. Ads built from presumptively valid content are exempt, and we design to that line deliberately, because it decides how fast creative can change without another filing and another wait.

We write "focused on" and "concentrates in", never "specialist" or "expert" without the certification behind it. No promised or implied outcomes, whatever it would do for conversion. Testimonials and past results carry the disclaimer that a prospective client may not obtain the same or similar result. Nothing implies Bar approval.

Direct contact with an accident victim is restricted in the period right after the crash, and that reaches digital targeting as surely as it reaches mail. Our targeting is built to stay well clear of it.

Requests go out unincentivised, ungated, and written by the client, sent from your address to a list you approved. That satisfies both the FTC rule and the Bar, and it is also the only way review velocity survives scrutiny.

A non lawyer can't pay for a lawyer's advertising. Your ad spend sits in your account, paid by your firm directly to Google. It never touches ours, and we never take a percentage of it.

We're not your ethics counsel and the compliance call is always yours. But you shouldn't have to teach the rules to your own marketing agency.

REPORTING

One number matters: what it cost to put a real crash case in front of you.

Because a firm paid on contingency can't do anything with impressions, clicks or reach. You can only weigh what something cost against what a file is worth. Our job is to fill your intake with genuine motor vehicle inquiries at a cost that makes sense next to your average case value. Signing them is your craft, and we would never claim your number as ours. Giving you more and better chances to sign is where our work ends and yours begins.

Inquiries

Every call, form and message, and where each one came from.

Qualified crash inquiries

How many were real motor vehicle matters, verified through call tracking rather than guessed.

Cost per qualified inquiry

The figure to hold against your average case value.

Answer rate and speed to lead

How fast your firm is responding, tracked every month, because it is the number that quietly decides the rest.
